• What’s your returns policy?

 

We have a 90 day guarantee, or 14 days for sale items. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item and we’ll give you back the amount you paid for it. Your refund will be adjusted if any offer or discount was applied to your order.​

All we ask is that you contact us first via our Contact us page so we can sort out the problem, we will even email you a pre-paid returns label allowing you to drop the item off in any post box or post office.

Our Chalk Stream branded bottle pumps are the only plastic part we have, it turns out that non-plastic pumps don’t work very well or last as long. Like all things meant to last out pumps do need a little TLC, when you refill your bottle simply pump some warm clean water through the pump to rinse it out and it should be good to go for years. However, if your pump stops working within a year of purchase just let us know via our contact page, and we will send you a replacement, no questions asked. 

How long will it take to process my refund?

It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed.

If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.
